Background:

A survey of 1100 pet parents revealed a common struggle: the inconvenience of making special trips to purchase pet food. Additionally, many expressed uncertainty in their ability to provide optimal care due to the lack of trustworthy and affordable options

My Furbabby is a visionary company dedicated to revolutionizing pet nutrition. Recognizing the need for change, they provide a pet subscription solution that caters to pet parents' needs for convenience and confidence.

Elevating the pet food industry through User-Centered Solution

As a UX/UI designer, my role involves translating the company's innovative approach into a user-friendly responsive website. Working closely with stakeholders, I focus on crafting interface improvements that enhance the customer experience while addressing their pain points.

Creating eye-catching product pages, I highlight the best features of our premium pet food. With smooth checkout and speedy delivery, your furry friend's favourites are just a click away!

Build trust

Focusing on transparency by providing detailed product descriptions, including ingredients, sourcing, and nutritional benefits. Giving pet parents the info they need helps build trust in our products

Where convenience and care unite online

Starting from research, my journey as a UX/UI designer began with a deep dive into understanding the pain points of our target users—busy pet parents who prioritize convenience. Leveraging tools like Hotjar for user observation and conducting online marketing surveys and social media outreach, I aimed to uncover the challenges faced by this demographic

I streamline the “Get Started” process to make it as effortless and mobile-friendly. Clear and concise instructions guide users through the registration process, minimizing friction and maximizing conversion.

I redesigned eight user journeys and implemented numerous improvements to address our UX strategy. My day-to-day tasks include:
